“ Had an issue with the black finish on our drain cover chipping, even a replacement didn’t hold, we were really bummed because it looked so great at install. When I emailed to see about just giving up and getting a refund, the owner called me right away and asked some details about the fit of the casing and really worked with me to get the problem resolved. He gave me the option to honor the refund or allow him to try one more time to custom fit a new cover. Issues happen, sometimes certain instances need specific attention, and his phone call showed me that he really cares and stands behind his work, and for that I give 5 stars all day long.”
