“ I wanted to share my outstanding experience with Designer Drains customer service and specifically with Marie. I bought a 4" Greek Athemion drain cover as a finishing extravagance for our recently renovated shower/bathroom. I had a problem with my drain cover fit and my renovation went longer than expected and I was past my thirty day window for returns. I contacted customer service and was fortunate to coorespond with Marie. I told her the hole pattern was a bit off for my drain. Marie asked for specifics with pictures then promptly sent a return label and replacement. As it turns out the replacement wasn't quite right either. I asked for an un-drilled drain cover so that I could match my specific drain. Again, Marie was accommodating and efficient with a solution. A un-drilled drain cover was sent, again with a return label for the unusable one. Today I installed the new drain cover and it turned out as I had hoped--beautiful. Thank you so much for your patience and care in getting it "right" for me. You are very much appreciated.”
