I bought a 4" Greek Athemion drain cover as a finishing extravagance for our recently renovated shower/bathroom. I had a problem with my drain cover fit and my renovation went longer than expected and I was past my thirty day window for returns. I contacted customer service and was fortunate to coorespond with Marie. I told her the hole pattern was a bit off for my drain. Marie asked for specifics with pictures then promptly sent a return label and replacement. As it turns out the replacement wasn't quite right either.
